Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear valued members,
Thank you for being a valued member of Siskiyou Credit Union. There is no higher priority for us at this time than the safety of our employees and our membership. We are monitoring the situation with the CDC updates throughout the day. We are taking proactive steps for both our employees and membership. We have provided you with hand sanitizer in our lobby. We have also provided staff with hand sanitizer, gloves and masks if needed. 

Here is what you can do to keep yourself safe:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Put distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick.
  • Stay at home if you’re sick.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes.
  • Wear a facemask if you are sick.
  • Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily.

Options available for your banking needs if you prefer not to come inside the credit union;

  • RDC – Remote deposit capture. Use our mobile app to snap a picture of your check to be deposited.
  • Mobile App – Use our mobile app to check balances, make transfers.
  • Call Center - Call us at 842-1694 to speak to one of our call center agents to make transfers, check balances and to make loan payments.
  • ATM – Yreka, Mt. Shasta and Weed.
  • Mail – Mail your deposits and loan payments into the branch. Mail your transactions to:
    P.O. Box 1125 Yreka CA 96097.
  • Internet banking – check balances, transfers funds, request a check be mailed to you from your account to you.
  • Drop box – Use the drop box just outside our front doors. These will be processed by 9:00 am and at 5:00 p.m.
  • Bill Pay – Use this service to mail out your bills.
  • Live Chat – Have questions? Use the live chat feature on our website
  • Texting – Text us at 842-1694 for all of your banking questions.
  • DocuSign – Need to open an account or apply for a loan? All of this can be done through DocuSign, no need to come into the branch.
  • ART (audio response telephone) – call our audio response system to check balances, hear your past transactions and to transfer funds.
