What is No Shave November?
The goal of No-Shave November is to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free. Donate the money you typically spend on shaving and grooming to educate about cancer prevention, save lives, and aid those fighting the battle.
Each year our local law enforcement participates in the nationwide “No Shave November” to raise funds for causes near and dear to them. This year those funds were raised to help support Devin Howard. With close to 100% participation from each department they raised over $3800.  Today, YPD, Siskiyou County Sheriffs Management Unit, Siskiyou County CPOA, Sheriff Jon Lopey and the Deputy Sheriff’s Association were here at Siskiyou Central Credit Union to present the funds they raised during No Shave November. Thank you Siskiyou County Law Enforcement for keeping us safe and giving back to the community.
