SCU Giveback is our community-first initiative created to support the local organizations doing meaningful work right here at home. Each month, we partner with a different nonprofit chosen by our staff, rallying together to raise awareness, lend support, and give back in ways that truly matter. It’s one more way we live out our commitment to strengthening our community, which we’re proud to be part of.

The Rotary Club of Yreka

For the month of May, SCU Giveback is proud to partner with the Rotary Club of Yreka!

The Rotary Club of Yreka has been serving Siskiyou County since 1946. From providing scholarships to local high school students and distributing dictionaries to every third grader in the area, to hosting the Siskiyou Scenic Bicycle Tour and preparing Thanksgiving meals for seniors, Yreka Rotary shows up for this community in a big way.

Their commitment goes beyond big events. Through mini-grants, park improvements, and ongoing support for local organizations, Rotary members are quietly making a difference every single day.

This May, SCU is selling succulents, stickers, and dirty soda kits at our branch locations. All proceeds go directly to the Rotary Club of Yreka at the end of the month. Stop by and grab something you'll love while supporting a local organization that gives back all year long.
